Embedded commands are softening language. They are good at bypassing the conscious mind to place ideas directly into the subconscious.
One bogus claim is that embedded commands delivered in normal conversation will make people “do anything you want.” Not even suggestions in real hypnosis are guaranteed that kind of success.
When embedded commands are used to manipulate, their effect wears off quickly. The best time to use embedded commands is during a hypnosis session. They are very effective on emotionally suggestible patients.

HI, can anyone please tell me if this is an example of embedded commands or suggestion? Someone said this to me, “i sleep for an hour and a half wake up, sleep for an hour and a half wake up, sleep for an hour and a half wake up” it was said in a very monotone manner and was repeated exactly as i have explained.
I would really appreciate it if someone could confirm my suspicions as i am a survivor of mind control!
It totally sounds like a hypnotic suggestion to me, which is the same as an embedded command except less subtle.
How long would the effects of an embedded command last? Just curious.
Depends on what the command is. What suggestions are still with you that someone else put in your brain from a long time ago? One technique to discover how long they last is to inventory all of the embedded commands that you have adopted during a day, month, and your lifetime.
