You will be listed in the Founder Friendly Standard Directory for as long as it remains online. By completing payment, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Attorney Listing Agreement
This Attorney Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between David Eisaiah Engel, an individual (“FFS,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and the undersigned (“Attorney,” “you” or “your”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”) as of the date you make a payment below (“Effective Date”). The Parties agree to the following terms.
Founder Friendly Standard® Attorney Directory
This Agreement governs your listing on the Founder Friendly Standard attorney directory, available at https://eisaiah.blog/founder-friendly-standard/#attorney-directory (“Directory”). Your listing on the Directory will include any or all of the following information if you choose to provide it: your name, phone number, email address, website, Avvo.com profile and LinkedIn profile.
You understand, acknowledge and agree that your listing on the Directory does not constitute an endorsement by FFS of you or your legal services, and you agree that you shall not make any representation to any third party suggesting that your legal services are “certified,” “endorsed,” “approved” or otherwise.
FFS agrees to maintain your listing in the Directory for the period that you pay the membership fee, provided that FFS reserves the right to remove you from the Directory as provided in our Terms of Service (available at https://eisaiah.blog/terms-of-use/), which are incorporated herein by this reference. You understand, acknowledge and agree that FFS does not promise to continue publishing the Directory for any period of time, and we reserve the right to discontinue publication of the Directory at any time without prior notice to you.
Warranties and Representations
Attorney warranties and represents that he is an attorney admitted to practice law in, and in good standing with the state bar of, each state for which he has applied to be listed on the Directory. Attorney shall provide his state bar registration numbers to FFS for verification purposes. Attorney agrees to promptly notify FFS of any changes to his standing to practice law in any jurisdiction.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct by you, or your officers, owners, subsidiaries, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorney’s fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to us for all legal fees, expenses and costs incurred. You represent, warrant and agree that you carry legal malpractice insurance of at least $100,000 per claim.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising under this contract, you understand, acknowledge and agree that your damages shall be limited to amounts paid to FFS. You understand, acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to seek or collect consequential or punitive damages under any legal theory against FFS. You understand, acknowledge and agree that any claim regarding any dispute arising under this Agreement must be filed within one year of the accrual of the claim, even though You waive your right to participate in any class action litigation regarding any dispute arising under this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is not assignable by either Party without the prior written consent of the other. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed by the Parties. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and its validity, construction, interpretation, and legal effect shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas applicable to contracts entered into and performed entirely therein. The state and federal courts located in Dallas, Texas shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute that may arise under this Agreement. The Parties consent to the venue, forum, service and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas for the purpose of adjudicating any dispute that may arise under this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, inducements or conditions, express or implied, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof, except as herein contained. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
